Art Usage

As the artist, I reserve the right of attribution. That means I am the creator of the work you commission, and I must be always credited as such when you distribute, exhibit, or transmit my work.As the commissioner, you are paying for my service to create a final digital artwork only. There is no physical goods involved nor will I give out layered files of commissions. Art is intended for personal use of the commissioner only but may be sold or transferred alongside the character it was drawn for.You do not have permission to use my art for commercial purposes without my explicit written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, recreating my work for commercial use.You do not have permission to edit, manipulate, trace, copy, recreate, or claim you drew my work. This includes, but is not limited to, obstructing or manipulating my watermark.If you have purchased a commission, you have permission to display and exhibit the art you purchased on your own personal art or character storage galleries, such as Toyhou.se, Refsheet.net, or a private Imgur album so long as I am appropriately credited.Please do not repost or upload my work onto your own FurAffinity or DeviantArt account(s), even if you credit me as the artist. If you want your art posted to a specific site, you may ask that I post your commission to my own account, so you may fave and/or share the upload that way.I reserve the right to use commissioned artworks as promotional material. This includes streams, recording speedpaints, or as portfolio pieces.

Work Process

It may take up to 4 weeks to complete a commission. If for some reason I need to take more than 4 weeks on your order, I will message you and let you know beforehand. It is the obligation of the commissioner to make me aware of any deadlines before placing a commission.You can keep an eye on the status of your commission by visiting my Trello page, but you are also welcome to message me at any time regarding the status of your commission.I do not work off of written references. You must include a visual reference (preferably clear and unshaded) of your desired commission subject.If you have checked "Yes" for sketch approval, you will get visual updates on most stages of your commission and of any edits I make at your request.As the commissioner, it is your obligation to request extensive changes during the sketch phase of the process.Extensive edits/changes after color has been completed may be denied. Once I have fully colored your subject, I will correct mistakes I have made in interpreting your character but I will not make changes because you did not like the end result, pose, and/or expression.If you would like me to stream or record your piece (free of charge), please say so in your initial commission message as well.If, at any point, the commissioner fails to reply to messages or status updates regarding payment or the commission itself after 4 weeks, I will consider the commission cancelled. A refund will be issued (if applicable, and also depending on any art progress made) and further work will be ceased.
